In order to ensure a smooth transfer of your data, please observe the following:

Editing

For quicker processing of your order we will use the CAD data received for production. Only the contours of the data will be used for production of the glass. Editing which has been carried out without matching the contours cannot be accounted for. Changes in CAD data must always be matched to the contours. Claims resulting from these errors cannot be accepted.

• e-mail up to max. 5 MB to your customer service representative
• CD or DVD via mail to us
• via ftp upload – ftp.eckelt.at
  please contact your customer service representative to receive a password for data uploading
